  7. We encourage and maintain open dialogue with our customers, the authorities, and the general public to develop and maintain mutual understanding.
  8. We examine and evaluate all activities which can impact on safety and/or the environment at regular intervals.
  9. We adhere rigorously to all regulations concerning safety at work and the environment without exception.
